We have a small I.T. team, and Soutec is there to help with the platforms we manage. They have quick response times and provide experts for each subject matter to correct issues. I’ve worked with them multiple hours of the day, including 2am-4am, fixing problems. Compared to other I.T. vendors, they bring a personal touch to our relationship. Other firms don’t dedicate the time to understanding the environment like Soutec; they’ll go as far as sending individual texts and emails wishing happy holidays. If you’re on the fence about them, don’t be. They’ll improve your environment and leave it better than it was when they started.
